I was lucky enough to get this lovely haul of feline goodies for Christmas which set me up for a fabulous and well organised start to 2015.
This stunning Maneki Neko was a wonderful Christmas gift from my husband. It came from Taka Tea in the Strand Arcade in Sydney who carry a range of original Japanese Maneki Neko year round. I’m a collector of Maneki Neko from around the world and will include many more of them in my future posts.
My two planners for the year. First a teNeues Kate Larsen 2015 planner which I will use for my blog planning and editorial content. The second is my mini Kutusita Nyanko planner from Kinokuniya which I’ll use for my day to day work and life planning. I’m old school when it comes to managing my life and prefer to put pen to paper than running an electronic diary. My new Lamy Al Star fountain pen with turquoise ink is the perfect writing companion.
Finally these gorgeous New Year cards (I love the idea of a New Year card rather than a Christmas card) from Madison Park were a delight to give, as were my favourite christmas treats – these beautiful Christmas Puddings from Haigh’s. It’s possible that I ate a few of those myself too…..
